Avichala/Larry Parisot
is a medical equipment technician and guiding teacher of the Seattle Buddhist Center of the Friends of the Western Buddhist Order, in which he is ordained. He serves on the Northwest Dharma Association Board.
Caterina De Re
is an interdisciplinary artist and scholar who integrates Buddhism in performance, composition and multi-media. She was introduced to Theravadan meditation in the 80’s and later became a follower of Tibetan Buddhism. Working alongside Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo, Caterina was the first English teacher at Dongyu Gatsal Ling nunnery in northern India.
Timothy O’Brien
is executive director of the Northwest Dharma Association.
Anne Phillips
is a Seattle psychotherapist and Dharma practitioner with a strong commitment to anti-oppression work.
Matthew Riggen
has been a land use planner, legislative analyst, college instructor, and wilderness ranger. A longtime contributor to the Northwest Dharma News, he practices Vipassana in Darrington, Washington.
Julie Welch
is current president of the Northwest Dharma Association.
